Marlene grew up between London and Sydney and over the last 10 years has spent most of her time between Berlin and LA. She has produced content from podcasts, radio plays, music, theatre, to her own award-winning web series Big Heads. Before KCRW Berlin, Marlene was also part of the Friends of NPR Berlin team developing content.
She worked in script development for SUNDANCE winners Such Much Films, and ran her own production company MILK IT FILMS for video and web content.
Marlene finished her MA in Literature at the Freie Universität and is interested in film, music, technology and well, stories, in whatever shape or form they come.
