KCRW Berlin contributor Ella Joyner was looking for a more supportive workout environment. She turned to her flatmate and founder of Femme Fitness, Anisha Müller, who offers a “body-positive, gym-critical workout class.” In this audio essay, Ella recounts her own experience with one Berlin alternative to the standard gym setting.
