“24h Europe – The Next Generation” is a sprawling, 24-hour documentary following 60 young protagonists through 26 European countries over the course of one day — 6 a.m. to 6 a.m.

We talked with filmmaker Britt Beyer about the inspiration behind the project and what the team learned from talking to people across the continent.

“24h Europe – The Next Generation” will be broadcast throughout Europe on May 4, three weeks before the elections to the European Parliament. You can view the trailer on their website.
