Vegan stylist Christianna Quack says the ethical component of Berlin Fashion Week represents the “rebel” and “underground” spirit of the city.
“Berlin Fashion Week is not taken as seriously as the fashion week in Paris or in Milan, but the one thing we really have is the ethical fashion week, and no other city on this planet has such a huge ethical trade show,” says Quack.
From January 16 to 19, international stylists and and models will come together to see the latest designs, including in smart clothing and ethical or green fashion. Quack breaks down the characteristics of vegan clothing and why the trend is growing in a city known for its alternative tastes.
