When Argentinian chef Octavio Bravo first came to Berlin in 2010, he found the food scene “flat.” But, as the city has become more diverse, so have the menus.

Bravo explains to Marlene Melchior how he accidentally became a chef, his thoughts on German bread, and his favorite place to get ingredients in Berlin.
